Shipping policy

At Art By Taura our goal is to offer you the best shipping options.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 days after the order is placed. Orders received after 4pm EST are processed the following business day.

 

Processing Costs:

Canada: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination location. For orders $75 and over we are pleased to offer free shipping within Canada. 

United States: Currently pausing shipping to the US. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination location.

We do not ship outside of Canada and the U.S. at this time. All items are shipped using Canada Post, Purolator and UPS. Item shipped to the U.S. may also be subject to customs fees. Art By Taura is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our studio to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. For Canadian orders, after processing and leaving the studio, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Holidays may affect these times.

 

Order Tracking: After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

Change of Address: If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at info@artbytaura.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.

Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Parcels Damaged In Transit: If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
